DESCRIPTION:Turku Bioscience Genome Editing Core is organizing a workshop o
 n generating knock-out and knock-in modification using CRISPR/Cas9 technol
 ogy with in vitro ribonucleoprotein complex delivery. During the course\, 
 participants will learn how to create specific genetic modifications with 
 the CRISPR/Cas9 system\, aspects of designing gRNAs and homology-directed 
 repair templates\, and they will gain hands-on experience by working with 
 293T cell lines. Participants will use their own laptop to design specific
