CRISPR workshop

Genome Editing Core is organizing a workshop on generating knock-out and knock-in modification using CRISPR/Cas9 technology with in vitro ribonucleoprotein complex delivery. During the course, participants will learn how to create specific genetic modifications with the CRISPR/Cas9 system, aspects of designing gRNAs and homology-directed repair templates, and they will gain hands-on experience by working with 293T cell lines.
