Adhesion is essential for developm ent and homeostasis but also drives pathological states such as cancer\, f ibrosis and inflammation. Using 3D model systems\, molecular biology and a dvanced microscopy approaches\, the team analyses how receptors convert si gnals from the extracellular environment to control cell behaviour.
