DESCRIPTION:16th–17th September\nOnsite event\nin Teutori and Dentalia\, 
 Turku\nFlyer\n\nThis course is a hands-on\, beginner-friendly course cover
 ing the core single-cell RNA-seq analysis workflow\, designed for research
 ers who are new to scRNA-seq data analysis. Participants watch pre-recorde
 d lectures before attending\, so that classroom time is used for exercises
 \, discussion\, and guided analysis. In addition to the core workflow\, th
 e course includes manual cell type annotation and an introduction to avail
 able bioinformatics computing resources. No prior knowledge of Unix\, R\, 
 or Python is required. Hands-on exercises use a graphical\, user-friendly 
 analysis platform and the analysis platform remains available for your own
