We offer two platforms which are both compatible with freshly frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. The Visium technology by 10X Genomics enables genome-wide profiling of entire sections at 100 um resolution. The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler by Nanostring is based on targeted analysis of selected features at a somewhat higher resolution.
