The Turku Proteomics Facility provides mass spectrometry based proteomics analyses by advanced instrumentation for life science and medicine research.

Our areas of expertise are: Quantitative proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, biomarker discovery and validation. Training for students and researches from basic to advanced level on different topics is also available.
Our facility is part of the Biocenter Finland Proteomics platform.
