BD LSR Fortessa analyzers

    BD LSRFortessas (two optically identical instruments) are equipped with four lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm). It can be used to detect up to 17 fluorescent parameters. In addition to the BD™ High Throughput sampler, single tube acquisition is also possible.

    The BD™ High Throughput sampler (HTS plate loader) provides fully automated and rapid sample aspiration. It supports standard 96-well U-, V-, and flat–bottom plates. The standard throughput mode allows for acquisition of larger sample volumes. All sampler functions are operated through BD FACSDiVa software, allowing the user to create customized delivery protocols with user-defined mixing, wash, and analysis parameters.
    Single tube acquisition is also possible.
