Description of the Assay

Targeted method for less abundant compounds which are difficult to analyse with our untargeted method. The method uses derivatization with 3-nitrophenylhydrazine. This method can also be used for fluxomics studies. Compounds include: citric acid cycle, short chain fatty acids and phosphate metabolites.
