Single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Cellenics (workshop)
In collaboration with Single-Cell Omics Core Facility, Biomage is organizing a virtual workshop on single cell RNA-seq data analysis using Cellenics. Cellenics is a user-friendly, open source scRNA-seq data analysis tool that is free for academic researchers.
