Euro-Bioimaging becomes Euro-Bioimaging ERIC
Euro-Bioimaging reached an important goal line when it was launched as Euro-Bioimaging ERIC, as announced in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The ERIC status implies that Euro-Biomaging has the mandate to operate under the recognized administrative and legal framework of international organizations operating under the auspices of the European Commission. Details on ERIC.
For those involved, the article in the Official EU Journal has been the most work-intensive article one can imagine, so it is very nice to see it in print. This piece of news has already received quite broad national attention in Finland:

Academy of Finland (in Finnish only)
