In this demo you are able to:

• See how the large FOV 26.5 enables faster imaging and improved sample overview
• Come and test DIC imaging for detailed structural visualization
• Learn how the IX85 supports efficient and reliable workflows

• DAPI, ECFP, GFP, RFP, mCherry, Cy5 ja Cy7

Cameras:

• Evident DP28: 8.9 Megapixel CCD Color Camera
• Hamamatsu ORCA-FLASH4.0LT3: Digital  sCMOScamera, 2048 x 2048 pixels with 6.5 x 6.5 µm cell size, Peltier cooling, Quantum efficiency > 82% at 560 nm, Maximum full resolution frame rate 40 fps.

Objectives:

• 4x/0.13 UplanFluorite, working distance of 17 mm
• 10x/0.3 UPlanFluorite magnification, working distance of 10 mm
• 20x/0.7 UCPlanFluorite working distance of 0.8-1.18mm, cover glass thickness of 0-1.6mm.
• 40x/0.6 LUCPlanFluorite working distance of 3.00-4.20mm, cover glass thickness of 0-2.0mm.
• 40x/1.4 UPlan Extended Apochromat oil immersion, working distance of 0.13 mm, and cover correction of 0.17 mm.
• 60x/1.42 UPlan Extended Apochromat oil immersion objective, working distance of 0.15 mm, and cover correction of 0.17 mm.
• 25x/0.85 LUPlan Apochromat Silicone pad objective, working distance 2.0mm, cover glass thickness 0.13 – 0.19 mm.
