• Fully automated research immunostainer with customizable staining protocols:
  • Preparation – Customize your baking and dewax options
  • Antigen Retrieval – Change Incubation time and temperature as desired
  • ISH Probes – Leverage new probe application and removal options
  • Staining – Choose your incubation times, temperatures, dispense types and more
• Processing up to 30 slides at the time
• As default, 150 µl pipetting volume per slide (100 µl by request)
• In addition to conventional IHC and the mIF staining service at UTU, Leica has several other company partnerships and validated kits available for use with the instrument (E.g., chromogenic multiplex IHC, RNA in situ hybridization, in situ proximity ligation assay). >>More information
