Total cost for the staining service varies between staining protocols, number of slides and the primary antibodies used.

• Instrument usage: Leica BOND Rx: 20 € per hour

Instrument run time varies between staining protocols and the number of slides. For example, a routine chromogenic IHC or 1-plex IF staining protocol takes 3h on average, whereas 6-plex IF staining takes 9h.

• Slide preparation: Histocore personnel labor expenses (based on working hours).
• Primary antibodies: Varies – depends on the panel and the working dilution used.
• Other reagents and materials per slide:
  • Chromogenic IHC (DAB): 9,7 €
  • 1-2 plex IF: 12,1 €
  • Up to 3-plex mIF: 23,1 €
  • Up to 6-plex mIF: 30,6 €
