31st BioCity Symposium regsitration is open!
This year BioCity Symposium is arranged on-site in Mauno Conference Centre, BioCity, together with InFLAMES Research Flagship 25–26 August 2022, with the title Solution is in Immunity. 
This year’s program includes eleven talks from international scientists spiced up with short talks from Finnish researchers, and the list of speakers is outstanding. Keynote speaker of the Symposium is Sir Peter J. Ratcliffe who will give a talk about the hypoxia work which lead to his 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine. Since the event is arranged together with InFLAMES Research Flagship several excellent immunologists are invited to give a talk, among which Professor Eugene Butcher from Stanford University, who will talk about vascular control of immune cell traffic. This year BioCity Symposium will include a panel discussion about the role of biotech in the development of new medicines, where Jeffrey Bluestone from Sonoma Biotherapeutics Inc. will discuss about the topic with the audience.
Send your poster abstract at latest Friday 3 June at 16:00
Researchers are encouraged to participate to the poster exhibition and submit a poster abstract when registering to the event at latest Friday 3 June 2022 at 16:00 (CET +1). Based on the submitted abstracts four researchers are invited to give a short talk in the Symposium. Registration to the event closes Thursday 11 August 2022 at 23:59 (CET +1) and the Symposium is free of charge.
