Dr. Otto Kauko, M.D., Ph.D. joins Turku Bioscience as a new Head of Turku Proteomics Facility!
After his M.D. and Ph.D. studies at University of Turku, Otto has carried out his postdoc in University of Cambridge, UK, Karolinska Institutet and University of Helsinki in the laboratory of Professor Jussi Taipale.
– We are truly excited to get Otto to join us as proteomics facility head and group leader and bring his cutting-edge research and expertise to the Centre, says Riitta Lahesmaa, director of Turku Bioscience.
Otto is also looking forward to starting in Turku Bioscience.
– Very glad to be returning to Turku, and I very much look forward to working with the Turku Bioscience community, he says.
