FIRI funding to the Protein Structure and Chemistry core facility
Academy of Finland granted 83 000€ FIRI: Research infrastructures as collaborative platforms funding to Protein Structure and Chemistry core facility. This funding will be used on a new cryosystem device.
The new instrument will complement the recently installed hybrid photon counting X-ray detector (FIRI2019 funding) for crystal testing and high resolution diffraction data at cryogenic temperatures using the in-house X-ray source.
